ROBO-QUAKE

Autonomous Seismic Structural Health Monitoring System

The ROBO-QUAKE is a specialized, state-of-the-art Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) system engineered specifically to monitor the behavior and integrity of structures during and immediately after seismic events. Developed by Mageba, a global leader in structural engineering solutions, ROBO-QUAKE provides automated, real-time data acquisition and analysis when it matters most.

By continuously measuring dynamic responses, it gives asset managers, structural engineers, and first responders the immediate, objective data needed to assess structural safety, accelerate post-earthquake inspections, and minimize operational downtime.

Seamless Data Pipeline from Sensor to Dashboard

Advanced geospatial and structural telemetry

The ROBO-QUAKE system operates as an intelligent network of distributed sensor nodes connected to a central data acquisition unit. High-rate acceleration data undergoes automated baseline correction and filtering to calculate velocity, displacement, and structural drift ratios. This ensures that the raw physics of the structural movement is accurately translated into actionable engineering metrics.

Every sensor measurement is synchronized via GPS/GNSS time-stamping, allowing for precise phase-correlation across massive structural footprints. The system seamlessly integrates with GIS platforms, enabling regional asset managers to visualize shake-maps and structural damage thresholds across multiple geo-referenced sites simultaneously.
